Delivery and fees
Every order is tested and double-checked before it's packed. Full payment is required to confirm an order — we don't offer payment on delivery.
How long it takes
- Abuja: same-day delivery if you order before 1pm, otherwise next day. We don't deliver on Sundays. If your order is urgent, choose pickup.
- Other states: 3–7 working days after your order is registered with our logistics partners (GUO or ABC Transport). You collect it from their office in your city. If a delivery is delayed, we follow up with the logistics company until it's resolved.
- Pickup: free from Suite FF05, Metta Mall, beside Liberty Hotel, Arab Road, Kubwa, Abuja, Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm.
