Where is your store?
Suite FF05, Metta Mall, beside Liberty Hotel, Arab Road, Kubwa, Abuja. We're open Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm and closed on Sundays.
How fast is delivery in Abuja?
Same day if you order before 1pm, otherwise next day. We don't deliver on Sundays. Fees start at ₦2,000 depending on your area.
Do you deliver outside Abuja?
Yes, nationwide. Interstate orders take 3–7 working days through GUO or ABC Transport, and you collect them from their office in your city. Fees start at ₦4,000.
Can I pay on delivery?
No. Full payment for the product and delivery is required to confirm an order. You can pay securely online by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Payments are processed by Paystack, a licensed Nigerian payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
Are the products tested?
Yes. Every item is tested and inspected to be working and complete before it's dispatched, and walk-in purchases are tested with you in store.
What if my item is faulty?
Tell us within 48 hours of receiving it. We'll inspect it and exchange it for the same product.
Can I pick up my online order?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout — it's free. We'll email you when your order is ready.
Will this microphone work with my phone?
Most of our wireless mics come with iPhone and Type-C receivers — check the product details. If you're unsure, message us on WhatsApp on 0803 212 9003 with your phone model.
How do I track my order?
Use the link in your confirmation email, sign in to your account, or enter your order number on the Track an order page.
